Sevice aggrement between friends and penpals
BEPenfriends is for friends of any age but they must be atleast 18 years old.
The BEPenfriends service is a way for singles and dating personals to
meet each other online. BEPenfriends is provided by IndiansInc located at
4/701, Gurunathan Street, Anbu Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India 625020.
This is a legal aggreement ("Aggreement") between its friendship seekers
(you) and BEPenfriends.com. Please Read the Aggreement carefully before
registering for the BEPenfriends.com, penpals & dating service. By
registering for BEPenfriends.com, you become a member if the service (a
"Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR
THE BEPENFRIENDS.COM SERVICE. THE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY
BEPENFRIENDS.COM, AT ANY TIME, EFFECTIVE UPON NOTICE TO YOU.
When you register, and from time to time
thereafter, BEPenfriends.com will require that you provide sufficient
information to indicate your online presence. By becoming a Member, you
represent, and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Either you or
BEPenfriends.com may terminate your BEPenfriends membership at any time,
for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party.
BEPenfriends.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate
your access to the BEPenfriends.com service, without notice, upon any
breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to BEpenfriends.com's
attention. Your membership in the BEPenfriends.com service is for your
sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership,
and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other
person or entity.
ONLINE CONDUCT . As a Member you agree that: You
are solely responsible for the content, or information you publish or

a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not include in your profile, any telephone numbers, street
addresses, URL's, E-mail addresses, offensive anatomical, sexual references,
or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you
will not post any photos in BEPenfriends by linking them from other
sites. BEPenfriends.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to
reject any profile that does not comply with these prohibitions. You will
not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or
sell any products or services through the service. You will not transmit
any chain letters, or junk E-mail to other BEPenfriends.com members. You
will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way, any copyrighted
material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining
the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. You are solely
responsible for your interactions with other BEPenfriends.com members.
BEPenfriends.com reserves the right, but has no obligation to monitor
disputes between you, and other members.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER . You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
BEPenfriends.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third
parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the
BEPenfriends.com service. This includes any breach by you of the terms of
this Agreement.

represent, and warrant that you have the right to grant, to
BEPenfriends.com and other BEPenfriends.com members an irrevocable,
perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy,
perform, display and distribute such information and content and to
prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such
information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the
foregoing.
INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER. BEPenfriends.com, will keep
confidential all information supplied by you to BEPenfriends.com, shall
use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such
information was collected, or as required by law.
COMPLAINTS. To resolve a complaint
regarding the BEPenfriends.com service, you should first contact

GENERAL PROVISIONS If there is
any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the
Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of India.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Tamil nadu,
India.
PRIVACY OF OTHERS AND YOU. Privacy of a friend /
user is more important to Bepenfriends.com. You can view our online privacy policy. you agree to
Bepenfriends.com that you will not involve in any kind of privacy
violation of other members by spamming them with a lot of messges
and other modes of communications, or by posting their profiles as yours anywhere in
web including Bepenfriends.com. If found guilty your online profile and presence with Bepenfriends.com
will be terminated without further notices.
